Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog. For those of you who are coming over from my last blog, Sydney Sundays, thanks for the continued support. On this blog, you will find lifestyle content on all things, faith, food, fitness, adulting, travel and much more. Ultimately, I created this blog as a place for me to express myself and be creative. I generally will talk about anything and everything, and if you’re interested in my thoughts on a particular subject, shoot me a message!
So here is a little bit more about me. I am a 22-year-old originally from the northern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. I attended private schools my whole life until I got to college where I attended the University of Virginia for my undergraduate degree. It’s the best school in the world, but I might be biased. UVA holds some of my dearest memories. It is where I met some of my closest friends to this day and is responsible for much of my personal growth. I received a Media Studies degree and graduated in three years. Oh, and did I mention I played on the basketball team too? Yup, I was a varsity athlete the whole time I was there.
After graduating early, I decided to go to the University of Kansas to pursue a master’s degree in Digital Content Strategy (with a focus on Social Media) as well as a certificate in Business. I also completed my last year of basketball eligibility there too… you get four years.
Which brings me to where I am today, I’m back in Atlanta. Currently, I am a freelance digital marketing consultant, so I do everything from creating brand-specific social media and Google strategies for campaigns to executing posts on social accounts. I also lead email marketing campaigns, auditing sites, reviewing Google and social analytics, and much much more. So if you or your company are looking to improve your presence online, increase our engagement, or launch a campaign, reach out to me here, and I’d be happy to help.
Ultimately, I hope this blog is a place where you find entertainment, decent advice, and an honest look into the life of someone who, by the grace of God, is still growing and learning every day. Come with me as I experience life and all it has to offer. It should be a fun ride!
But until the next post, get up, get moving, and be salt and light!
