Hey, everyone, and welcome to the third and final episode/blog of Movers & Shakers season 1, a mini-video series that takes a look at the lives and businesses of many up-and-coming creative entrepreneurs.
For this last episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Allison James, a wonderful mixed media artist out of Atlanta, but from Perry, Georgia. I had so much fun interviewing Allison because there were so many similarities between us. Also, because I could really tell that she loves what she does and that definitely shined through as she spoke about her work.
Allison is an excellent example of someone who does what they love and is able to earn a living from it. But during her interview, she brought to light that often, you have to fight to make your hobbies and passions a big part of your life.
Allison hadn’t always had the opportunity to create and work from home. But her passion to for art and creating led her to make a few life changes, and with the support of her husband and well wishes from her family and close friends, she has built the professional life she dreamed of. One that allows her to pursue her passion for art and mixed media daily while maintaining a part-time job.
So without further ado, here is the season one finale of Movers & Shakers featuring Allison James.
